Priced of God: Motherhood as a Calling

American writer, Helen Hunt Jackson, once wrote, “Motherhood is priced of God, at price no man may dare, To lessen or misunderstand.” 
Hailed by mothers as “the toughest job on earth,” 
mothering is most definitely a calling. This short teaching, presented at the 2011 Renew Conference (http://www.renewconference.org/), delves 
into the hearts of three Biblical mothers: Mary, mother of Jesus, 
who submits to a surprising visitation of God; Sarah, mother of Isaac, 
who takes circumstances into her own hands; and Jochebed,
